Event Packet

Here is a downloadable PDF of the ARCON IX event packet! This version is subject to change, and may have some stuff added to it before going out for printing, but for the most part is correct. Be sure to check it out and start thinking about what you plan to register for. Pre-reg should be up sometime this week.

Game Submission

Game submission will be closed as of midnight, February 7th. If it isn't then yet, get your game submitted pronto! Otherwise, check back soon for pre-registration. We plan to have that available soon.

Game Submission Notes

Please continue to submit your games for the coming convention! We've gotten some great games so far, but we hope to see many more. The earlier you get your game submission turned in, the more likely you will be to get the primary slot you request.

If you would like to avoid being scheduled in the same slot as a game or event you know is going to be run, please include that at the end of your game description.

If you already submitted a game and made a mistake or need to make a change to it, please resubmit it using the game submission form, and in all caps specify that it is RESUBMISSION of a previously submitted game.

ARCON IX Dates

I just received confirmation that our date is set in stone, Arcon will be held Feb 26, 27^th and 28^th. It will not move.

Game submissions are now available. Please go to http://arcon.squarespace.com/game-submission/ if you are interested in running a game at Arcon. Please either add any questions/ comments/ concerns/ special set ups to the end of your submission for that specific game. Please contact arcon.oswego@gmail.com for any other more in-depth or general questions on Arcon.

Please feel free to start spreading the word to your friends about Arcon.

New ARCON Site

If you're reading this then you've obviously found the new ARCON website.  Good job!  The site is undergoing some changes, and we'll be adding more pages in the coming weeks, but for now we have this news page, and a Game Submission page.

The Game Submission page, admittedly isn't much, but we're working on making it better.  We've grown tired of the old website, and wanted to get you the website in some form as soon as possible.
